Yes, they are counted the same as an adult. We do not accommodate more than the maximum number listed for any room.
No, our rates do not include tax. Current tax is 13.35% which includes city and state taxes and will be added to your rate.

Property Questions
Can I smoke on the property?
No, we are a smoke free property. Smoking, burning of candles, or incense is not permitted. Smoking is only permitted in a designated area outside in the courtyard. Anyone who smokes or burns anything that causes odors in their room will be charged a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
Are guests responsible for damages?
Yes, guests are responsible for any damages they or their visitors cause.
Are pets allowed?
Is wifi available on the property?
Wireless internet access is included in the price but it is not guaranteed. We are located in a rural area with good internet access, although we can not guaranteed your device will connect to our system 100% of the time.

We kindly ask you to read our inn rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
