• The apartment does not have traditional cable TV, but guests can access live cable channels through a "YouTube TV" subscription.

• Free street parking is available in front of the building.
• There's also a carport in the back alley, and it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests.

4. Guest Verification:
• Guest verification is mandatory and is facilitated through Truvi’s Know Your Guest, a vacation rental guest-screening provider
